vehicles!

I really need to practice doing more vehicles, planes and bots etc. So this morning a set aside an hour or so to flesh out some little scribbles from my sketchbook. It was a lot of fun, so more to come. I might even work one in to a more finished state. Also did a little color study last night, for a possible oil painting I may start in the future :) enjoy!

A quick update before bed! been working more of the battle illustration, proving a bit of a challenge, and learning alot! Also a long pose figure drawing from the last month, unfortunately its a horrible photo so ill get a scan soon. Good night all.

One last post before I crash out, here is a little speed paint that I did, about 40 min or so. I really have to get fast at these things. I also decided to do a more fleshed out illustrated scene, some sort of battle scene, I want it to seem chaotic and fast, not really sure if im capturing that yet. But hopefully get it done this week when I have time. 

Any critic or feedback would be greatly appreciated :)

05.08.12... Sunday sketching

Painted over an old character design and fixed up some problems with it, and also photographed a sketchbook page and painted over it for a bit of fun.

Space!

Thought I should try painting some sort of futuristic armor/ space suit, my room mate modeled the vehicle in the background. Its a work in progress hence the absence of a helmet :) A bunch of sketchbook stuff and wips coming soon.
