I recently got back into the studio and started painting again. It feels great to be painting with oil again, after using digital for the last few months. I am working on a couple of portraits at the moment, trying to keep them loose and spontaneous now, but aiming for a highly rendered finish... hopefully! The two smaller paintings were done from models, both about 3 - 4 hours.
